1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stylebyfef website and mobile application (together, the "Platform"), operated by Stylebyfef Ltd, a company registered in Ghana under registration number [Insert Registration Number], with its registered office at Ghana-Registrar General's Department ("Stylebyfef," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

2. About the Platform

Stylebyfef operates an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of consumer products — including fashion, electronics, home appliances, and audio equipment — across Ghana. Stylebyfef facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not itself a party to the sale contract formed between a buyer and a seller, except where Stylebyfef sells products directly under its own name.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and transact on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep this information updated.

Stylebyfef reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted once Stylebyfef or the relevant seller confirms the order.

A binding contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the seller at the point of order confirmation, except for products sold directly by Stylebyfef.

Stylebyfef reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Stylebyfef accepts payment via mobile money, debit/credit card, and cash on delivery (where available), as indicated at checkout.

Stylebyfef reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with notice to the affected customer.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on location, product availability, and courier capacity.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership passes upon full payment.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Comply with all applicable consumer protection and product safety laws.

Stylebyfef reserves the right to suspend or remove any seller or listing that violates these obligations or applicable law.

9. User Content

"User content" includes any reviews, ratings, images, comments, or other material you submit to the Platform.

By submitting user content, you grant Stylebyfef a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

User content must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on the rights of any third party. Stylebyfef reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activity.
• List or purchase counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Stylebyfef or any third party.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software on the Platform are the property of Stylebyfef or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Stylebyfef's branding without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylebyfef shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Stylebyfef's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Stylebyfef's negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute is not resolved within [Insert Number] days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798), or its successor legislation.
