Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and digital products, are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@devchyf.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with details and photos where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
